Ingredient List:
- 1 Acorn Squash
- 1 stalk of Asparagus
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Half of a small bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Salt & Pepper

Prep Time: 30-35 minutes

Directions:
- Peel the squash
- Cut it in half
- Use a sharp knife to cut long and thin slices
- Place olive oil on your pan
- Carefully put the squash on the pan
- Flip it after 4-5 minutes
- Make sure they’re nice and golden/brown
- Take out the squash, let it cool down
- On the same pan, add a little more olive oil
- Cut the end of the asparagus, add it in the pan
- Flip every 2 minutes until it’s nice and soft
- Place the asparagus on the plate, along with the squash
- Spread the breadcrumbs on both the asparagus and the squash
- Decorate it with bell peppers
- And it’s ready to go!
